BIDS WELCOME!

Join the auction with the GCS Event Code (X2HSN9).  Bidding opens on Sunday, November 16th at noon EST and closes on Saturday, November 22nd at 8 PM EST.  There is something for everyone to bid on! 

DONATE:

Donations of Auction 2025 items are still being accepted!  Contact auction@grotoncommunityschool.org if you have something to contribute!

Community members who do not wish to bid online but would like to support our fundraiser are invited to make a donation through the Bid Beacon platform.

All proceeds will benefit our nonprofit school.

How to Participate:

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

Participating in our Chapter of Giving auction through Bid Beacon is easy, either through a browser on your computer (Web), or look for and download the Bid Beacon App on your smart phone through your App Store. For more details on the App, see a Bid Beacon Quick Start guide.

2) JOIN OUR GCS AUCTION:

Once you create your Bid Beacon Account, register for our auction with the GCS Event Code (X2HSN9), then join us from Sunday, November 16th at noon EST through Saturday, November 22nd at 8 PM EST.  Best of luck to all participants!
