On Board Newsletter, Fall 2019
We’ve had such a fun time greeting our families in our temporary home! We are so grateful to all those (staff, alumni, parents and students!) who were able to make our transition a smooth one. We continue to be impressed with the dedication of our parents to GCS – as a nonprofit, it is that spirit of volunteerism that allows us to thrive as a school and community.
In addition to the Weekly Email Updates that you have been receiving, the Board of Directors will periodically send this On Board Newsletter, which gives you a bigger picture of the Board’s recent accomplishments and upcoming events.
Speaking of upcoming events – mark your calendars! The 15th Annual Groton Community Home Tour will take place on Nov. 23. It is GCS’s biggest fundraiser (bringing in more than $23,000 last year!) and is such a fun and unique way to kick off the holiday season.
